Created in 2020 by a group of experts from Covalus and Second Service Partners, Dauntless Global is a Joint Venture offering clients single-source solutions for initial outfitting, transition, and activation (IO&T) services. Both companies are Veteran-Owned, combining a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to create joint venture dedicated to serving our military.

Covalus is a veteran-owned small business (VOSB) who specializes in healthcare construction management
and initial outfitting and transition. In the past 21 years, Covalus has become one of the leading national firms in planning, budgeting, and executing healthcare and other facility projects, working for government, academic, and private institutions across 40 states and 5 countries.
Covalus has a leadership team that consist of three partners who are all military veterans. This team has a strong relationship and desire to continue serving the military. Their long history of military and healthcare service makes Covalus a strong team as well as a great partner to the government on these projects.
Second Service Partners is a
SDVOSB focused on building
a strategic, quality consulting
business that supports our
armed forces since 2019. As a project management firm, Second Service Partners has supported more than 20+ IO projects for the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and university healthcare systems.

Second Service Partners' extensive experience with IO&T has been demonstrated on the DBIO USAF Langley Hospital Renovation and new Veterinarian Clinic project at Hampton, VA, and the USAF Grant Hospital Emergency Department Renovation project at Travis AFB. He performed key roles in support of USACE Huntsville, giving him the chance to create processes and procedures to more efficiently provide initial outfitting support and to bring lessons learned to each new project.
